I remember downloading some Sleaford Mods. it was pretty interesting. You could see how it was "the new thing" for a bit. Then I was in Manchester for a week and I saw there was this University District called Sleaford and I thought, that must be where that band came from, (lots of bands meet in University). so I went there and poked around, and there was this cool park and a nice cafe on the campus and I thought, this is where the Sleaford Mods probably hung out. But just now, I realized the University was in Salford. Not Sleaford. So I had the whole thing wrong.
Lol. They are! So I went to the right place for the wrong reason. Salford was quite nice though. So Morrissey's description of the horrible depressing Manchester of his youth might not be the reality . . . .
